Drilling rig eight systems third circulatory system
The function of the circulation system is to bring the broken rock fragments of the bottom hole to the ground in time to continue drilling, and to cool the drill bit, protect the well wall, and prevent drilling accidents such as well collapse and lost circulation.
The circulation system includes drilling pumps, ground manifolds, mud tanks, and mud purification equipment. The ground manifold includes high-pressure manifolds, risers, hoses, mud purification equipment including vibrating screens, desanders, desilters, centrifuges, etc. The drilling pump draws mud from the mud tank. The mud after being pressurized by thttps://www.afilterscreen.com/PRODUCT/Scp/17.htmlhe drilling pump passes through the high-pressure pipe, the riser, the hose, and enters the faucet, and passes through the hollow drill to the bottom of the well. It is ejected from the water eye of the drill bit and carries the cuttings back to the ground through the annulus between the wellbore and the drill. The mud returned from the bottom of the well is purified by various stages of mud purification equipment to remove the solid phase content, and then continue to be recycled.
